Specialization is the watchword for entering the world of work today. Humable has therefore decided to create a training course that will provide participants with all the necessary skills related to Robotic Processing Automation (RPA), a dominant sector in all work areas.
By enrolling in the Humable Academy, participants will be able to learn about the dynamics and tools that revolve around RPA, and the most deserving will thereafter be included in the company.

How does the Humable Academy work?
The Humable Academy training course, totally free of charge, lasts 2 weeks for each platform and starts in December 2020. Candidates must fill out a special form and submit it, after which they will be contacted by our team.
The lessons, during which participants will be able to learn all the main notions relating to the RPA sector, will take place in a virtual classroom. The course is limited and after a careful selection, based on technical skills and personal motivation, the available places will be assigned.
What programs are used?
During the course, the main platforms used in the company, such as Kofax, Blue Prism and UiPath, will be taught.
Kofax is an advanced batch scanning application used by businesses to capture and archive documents quickly and easily.
Blue Prism is a powerful RPA or Robotic Process Automation tool, capable of speeding up and automating business processes by relying on a robotic workforce.
UiPath is an innovative platform that aims to provide precise automation of data entry on any web form and desktop application.
What are the requirements for accessing the course?
To access the Humable Academy, the following requirements are needed:
- qualification in technical-scientific subjects, such as computer engineering or information technology;
- basic knowledge of programming languages;
- optional knowledge of RPA tools, such as Kofax, Blues Prism and UiPath;
- strong focus on problem solving;
- excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
- good knowledge of the Italian language, especially the written form;
- propensity for team work;
- excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and precision.
The training modules are held by industry experts, who work on successful projects in the world of RPA, artificial intelligence and natural language processing on a daily basis.
How is the course developed?
The selection of junior profiles is developed in two phases: in the first phase, screening is carried out for an interview, and in the second phase, candidates proceed with a technical interview.
After the selection, those chosen will be included in the Academy. During the course, participants will be observed in terms of their progress and will be able to interface with the Project Manager.
At the conclusion of the Academy, participants will be provided with a test and the most suitable individuals will be selected for a paid internship / internship trial period of 3 to 6 months.
At the end of this trial period, a contract as a Junior Developer within the company will be offered, with a simultaneous salary adjustment and transition to new technologies.
Finally, after a year of a junior contract, the most deserving will graduate to a senior profile, with a new salary and role adjustment. The goal is to acquire important skills on the 3 platforms indicated and manage a team of at least 2 people.
The importance of RPA
RPA has become a must-have technology for most companies, regardless of the industry in which they operate. The penetration of RPA into the corporate world has been substantial, driven in part by the Covid-19 epidemic which has sped up the automatic digitization of processes.
Basically, RPA can be considered as the set of technologies and products related to the automation of work processes. Intelligent software is able to perform repetitive tasks automatically, replacing operators perfectly and interfacing with IT applications, such as humans.
The productivity of the company benefits from this, where leaner and more precise processes are observed, as internal resources are optimized, costs and waiting times are reduced, and the “core business” can be the focus.
